I asked a friend who lives locally and she highly recommended Warringtons. I called (4.30pm on a Thursday) and threw myself on their mercy. The opening response was polite, helpful and reassuring. Despite not knowing me and being busy, yes of course I could get it towed to them and yes they’d attempt to look at it the following morning for me. Couldn’t promise to complete it immediately but would do their best - that’s all I could ask for! The following lunchtime I received a call to say the repair wasn’t as serious as feared and they had completed it. Apart from the relief of not being stranded carless for the weekend it was so refreshing to receive some good old fashioned ‘of course we will help if we can’ service! My friend was absolutely spot on with her recommendation. Thank you Warringtons.
Amazing garage, very friendly and helpful. Looked at my car as a second opinion and didn't charge me anything. Were very open and honest - recommended I go with the cheapest price even though that was somewhere else. Polite and friendly staff; would definitely recommend!
Excellent service. Very straightforward. More importantly they are able to carry out Ford recommended service schedules and update the Digital Service Record (DSR) … and they were a lot cheaper than main dealership (keeps the warranty valid too). All in all, very happy. Cheers guys.
These dear folk are outstanding. They have gone to great lengths to help sort an issue with my car which has proved tricky to identify. They charged nothing for their time having gone on two road trips, had the car in the workshop and chatted to me with feedback. Very impressed. They now service my wife's car rather than the Ford main dealer - very reasonable price and great service. Highly impressed! Thanks to Jason and Rob.
