They are reliable , never charge more than quoted and have always managed to squeeze me in the same week if not the same day for urgent issues! Will never use another garage!!
I had an MOT emissions failure with another mechanic, they said I needed a new Cat Converter but couldn’t explain what diagnostics they’d done etc. I’m totally illiterate when it comes to engines but had a bad feeling so I took my car here based on positive recommendations from friends. This garage got my emissions down and my car through it’s MOT without any major work needed and for a tiny fraction of what I’d of paid if I’d stayed with the other garage (local but I will not name and shame) they also gave solid advice to prevent further issues. Highly recommended.
I recently took my car along to Warfield MOT & Service Centre to affix number plates. I called ahead and they were able to slot me in that afternoon. They drilled in my number plates quickly and to my surprise, kindly didn’t charge me. They also fixed the leaking air con unit in my husband’s car. We were both so impressed with the team and the service, that we will be bringing in our cars for MOTs and services from now on. Thank you.
These guys are great, they don’t take the piss with MOTs like some other places, definitely earned a repeat customer. Hidden gem, heard about them through word of mouth
Recently had a service and MOT done on two of my cars on two separate occasions. Thus, I visited the shop twice in the last month and honestly, they really deserve the 5 (4.7) star rating that you see here on google reviews as the level of customer service is consistently excellent. I was more than satisfied with the service I received on both occasions and will definitely use their services in future. Friendly, honest and well informed staff who give you a sense that they genuinely care and take your budget into consideration. Would also like to give a special mentioned to Jordan who assisted me on both occasions and who played a big part in my customer experience at the garage. I would definitely recommend Warfield M.O.T & Service centre to anyone looking to get their car sorted. Keep up the good work.
