This engineering firm was recommended to me by a neighbour. A small local car repair business with excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff. High quality workmanship at reasonable rates. So the question is, why bother going to the more expensive competition? Well deserved 5 star rating. My go to repairer
Been here a few years now, the guys are honest, fair and reliable. Integrity is a difficult value to find in this profession, they have heaps of it. Since I moved out of London, I have been using them. Recently I went to visit a relative who is an engineer and he gave a second option on thier work and feed and told me I am in good hands. Can't say better than that!
Real old-fashioned good honest attitude. They accurately diagnosed my car's suspension problem, fixed it in a couple of hours and called me to say the work was all done. I don't often feel like recommending garages, but this time I'll make an exception.
I've been looking for a good honest reliable auto engineer since my Kevin, my previous trustworthy, selfishly retired to the Peak District. I heard a rattle from the engine on my wife’s Mini Cooper and know that there can be problems with the cam chain tensioner on these engines. Several friends recommended ‘Wainwrights’, so I went round (it can be difficult to find as it looks as if the road is a private driveway – use Google Maps). They had a look at it, confirmed that there was no problem with an explanation and refused payment; ‘we didn’t have to do anything except listen’. That would have been £90 for a diagnostic check at a main dealer and I’m not guessing. Now that I’ve found them, I’ll use them again.
