For 5 years I have taken my very loved Saab 93-Aero to VMS for her MOT. When I had to take her for the 1st MOT my husband suggested VMS. The service is great, they are really friendly while being totally professional. I only visit once a year, but I always get a friendly welcome, as though I dropped by every week. They have helped sort minor issues on the day of the test so that I didn't need to make a return trip. And they have been as happy as me when she passed on several occasions with nothing needing doing. I have always received excellent help and advice from the staff, both office staff and mechanical staff. We all hate MOT day, but VMS make it as painless as possible. I highly recommend the service at VMS. I have recently, reluctantly, said goodbye to the Saab, so I won't be visiting until January 2026. And, as I promised to write a review in July last year, this seems like a good time to finally get around to it. I'll see you all in a year's time, I won't be going anywhere else.
Used VMS for years, had some major repairs needed last week and was completed within the same day. Excellent customer service. Reliable,trustworthy and definitely went the extra mile to help me. Very satisfied customer thank you.
Even at 8am on a weekend, during the height of Storm Darragh, these fine people found time to MOT my car. Polite, helpful, trustworthy and friendly.... even when I last minute asked if they could also add in a full service. These guys are brilliant and the price was very VERY fair for all the work done. Thank you all very much. See you next year 🥰
Very good service again from VMS. Take my van and my car here for any work. Reception staff are always friendly. Work is done to a high standard in the garage. If you don’t already, make VMS your go to garage for and vehicle work or MOT.
