Will not be going anywhere else again! I always only ever used main dealers but Luke and his team have restored my faith in smaller garages. Car was serviced and returned to me in a timely manner, nothing was too much for them!
Excellent service from Luke as always! I have used this garage a few times now and have been consistently happy with the work, service and friendliness that he always provides. Thank you! Really impressed with the service and managed to fit me in the same day and put my mind at rest.
Had my car serviced last week as a new driver I was a little nervous going to the garage... The guys on the front desk were very welcoming and explained that the car would be looked over and they would ring me with any findings on the service... Safe to say I WILL be going back after a 5star customer service and great to have car back all fixed the same day.
Very impressed! We booked with VMB for a flywheel and clutch replacement, because they could do the job promptly and seemed to have good reviews online. You are always a bit nervous using a new garage, but we didn't need to be. We have been so impressed with their service- which cost much less than our local garage were quoting. Great communication with very friendly staff. Trustworthy: did everything they said they would in the time frame and price quoted. Clear pricing and full breakdown of costs provided. Exceptional service, which included collecting and returning our car to our home. They even provided videos and pictures we needed to try and claim on insurance. Would absolutely book with them again if we had any car issues. Thank you to everyone at VMB, and especially to Johnny who helped us out!
Booked my MOT appointment online no problem & managed to get in with only a weeks notice. I waited for my car, as there is a nice waiting room for customers. Service was quick and efficient. Can’t go wrong for a £30 MOT, would definitely recommend.
