The company has a great culture within all of its staff, always pleasant, and polite. the whole team have a 'can do' attitude to challenges to the unexpected difficulties that people present with. The customer waiting area is always clean tidy and warm on cold days, and the reception staff are on every occasion so pleasant to deal with as well. Even the drinks and vending machines work great ! VSM also have really professional repair and service facilities on the same site, all work is professional and expedited to fit in with customers busy lives. The work is reasonably priced as an added bonus! I highly recommend them :-)
Fantastic service from VMS today. I've never used these guys before but as today was the only day I could fit my MOT in and not having a booking I turned up and joined one of their 4 lanes. Took about an hour with waiting time and the MOT itself, decent coffee machine in a comfy warm waiting room... friendly team there too. Car passed with 4 advisories.. all very fair and things I expected and can sort. Really rate these guys and will use them every year now.
Fast, efficient and friendly service. We always use them for MOTs and they're a pleasure to deal with, both the mechanics in the garage and the ladies in the office. Wouldn't go anywhere else for an MOT.
Fantastic, awesome, super friendly and helpful is what i have to say about this place. The staff go above and beyond to help you. The reception staff is the nicest person I've ever met and thank you for looking after my car. 5 stars is not enough, I'm giving it 10 stars
