Quoted for a brand new unit from my jag dealership to replace a headlight unit to get my XF through its MOT. This was needed as my headlight beam was too far to the left. Took it to Vicarburn for a second opinion. They simply adjusted the beam (which the dealer said they couldn't do) and carried out a new MOT test. This saved me £1350 for a completely unnecessary part. Top blokes, definitely would recommend!
Took my car into Vicarburn motors as it was making an horrendous banging sound, when it went on the ramps Robert found a broken front spring Took it in a few days later after the relevant parts had been ordered Three hours later I got a call to say it was ready Vicarburn has now become my garage of choice for MOT's and repairs great service (if you'll pardon the pun) at a fair and competitive price
Popped up to the garage this morning in the hope of getting my wheel looked at, some point today. Robert came out, had a slot available there and then so looked at the car immediately. Knew what the issue was straight away and sorted it. Excellent service. I know where I'll be going in the future to get my car sorted!
