from 70 reviews on GoogleI bought a multifunction steering wheel about 6 months ago to replace a plain straight forward steering and also had a Kenwood stereo fitted after being told by a well known local garage that to get the multifunction steering buttons working would be a easy fix in my 17 plate VW Caddy. So i had been going to this garage about many times trying this and trying that and not getting anywhere was just wasting my time.Went on Caddy forums and was given 3 other contacts who couldn't do the fix or couldn't be bothered, eventually I was told to contact Claudio from VCDS, the man has amazing knowledge and on phone call knew exactly what was needed, Claudia got everything working for a very reasonable price, and got it all sorted just before Christmas so was a great present for me. Thank you Claudio.

Claudio's professionalism and attention to detail made the process incredibly smooth, and I was impressed by the top-quality service he delivered. I would highly recommend his expertise to anyone in need of prompt and reliable assistance!
I am incredibly grateful for the help Claudio gave me. He was very responsive and was able to see me on short notice, which I was so thankful for as my MOT had just failed and was about to expire. His knowledge of autoelectrics and cars in general proved excellent, and he was very friendly, polite and explained everything clearly. Too often do car mechanics have spoken to me like I don't/can't understand, likely because I'm a woman. None of that nonsense with Claudio. He's a great autoelectrician, offering an honest service and he charges very competitively. Don't go anywhere else!
Superb prompt service. Fitted me in early on a Sunday morning to code highline clocks into my Caddy, cured faults and even did some extra coding and fault finding while he was working. Highly recommended & reasonable pricing. Very knowledgeable friendly guy, will definitely use again! Thanks a million! 👌
Claudiu did a fantastic job enabling CarPlay and other features on my CC (including some I wanted but didn’t even ask for!). I would definitely use him again.
