Fixed the oil cooler on my Astra unfortunately the new part that was fitted was faulty but rang them and nothing was to much trouble got me car replaced the part and replaced another part at no extra charge been a few months since repaired and had no problems since excellent service would highly recommend 👍
I went into Vauxcare after my usual garage couldn't fix an error code on my dashboard. I was so impressed by the quick efficient service after they fixed this for me within about 15 minutes and it was all sorted. Excellent service, thank you 😊
Bought car in with failed alternator and snapped belt. Garage was fully booked but they still fitted me in and i had my car back for the weekend!! Bill came in £50 less then the estimated, so an excellent and honest service. Will definitely use in the future.
Needed a Vauxhall specialist as engine maintenance light came on display last year after car battery change Twice it was put in a diagnostic machine both times came back no faults, but light stayed on. Contacted Vauxcare took it in for assessment ,was again put on the diagnostics by Craig who looked under the bonnet for a few minutes. Craig told me what the problem was, he ordered in the part and today he fitted it. He also found the engine was Blowing so sorted that problem at the same time. I was expecting a big bill but to my delight it was considerably less than a hundred pounds. We were also given advice on another possible problem that may occur with the car in the future ,with no hard sell to take it to their garage. First rate service, we won't be going anywhere else.
