From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. They took the time to explain what my car needed and provided an accurate estimate of the costs upfront. No hidden fees, which I really appreciated. The mechanic was knowledgeable and seemed genuinely concerned about ensuring my car was in the best shape possible. They also offered to show me the parts that needed replacing and explained why it was necessary, which made me feel confident in their expertise. The garage was clean and well-organized, which is always a good sign. The work was completed on time, and my car is running better than ever. I was also impressed by the communication throughout the process. They kept me updated and were quick to respond to any questions. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and will definitely be returning for any future car service needs. Highly recommend this garage for anyone looking for trustworthy and professional car repairs and maintenance!
Had my Audi A3 in due to ongoing issues following a burst silicate bag in the coolant system. Another garage had attempted the repair without the knowledge or equipment needed to resolve the issue so it sounded like I had a waterfall behind the dashboard following use. Dave and the team worked tirelessly to diagnose and fix the issue and I am so happy with the end result. If you have an Audi I would definitely advise to use this garage, I will be taking my car here for all further work required, can’t thank them enough.
Recently taken my Audi a5 in for a full service.. booking was nice and easy from dropping off to collection. I was advised my brake pads needed to be changed which they did within the same day. Dave ran through what had been done. Very fair pricing, great service and car runs so much better. Would recommend & will definitely be back for anymore of my cars needs.
Booked in by recommendation from a friend. Not dissapointed at all. Brilliant bunch of guys, very knowledgeable and fairly priced. Will definitely use again
The team did a great job on my VW t6. New timing belt , water pump and diagnosed a flashing glow plug which was a fault, resolved with a new oil sensor - fixed . Thanks to Dave and the team , great customer service and thank you . Definitely coming back for future work .
