Mike has been wonderful throughout, explaining everything to me in terms I understand and teaching me new things. If he cannot fix the fault he doesn’t charge. Lovely to talk to also, had some very lovely conversations each time he looked at my car and is overall a very nice man! I cannot rate him enough.
I had a great experience using Ultimate DPF cleaners. I found Mike to be very professional and friendly at the same time. He explained everything to me before starting the cleaning process and checked that it wasn't a faulty sensor or other issue before starting. The service was fantastic value for money with a 3 month warranty.
Would highly recommend Mike to anyone for a DPF flush/deep clean. After being seriously let down by Halfords in both capability and customer service, Mike was a breath of fresh air and worth the cost. He came to me next day and worked through the wind and rain to sort and kept me up to date throughout. He diagnosed the problem (AD blue crystalisation) and fixed it withina couple of hours, clearing the red warning light. Nice guy as well! Thanks!
