I've started using Udalls after moving from one just behind the Co-Op where something wasn't quite right. I couldn't place my finger on it, but I'm really happy with the service, honesty and integrity from the team at Udalls. And the prices are reasonable too!
My battery needed an urgent replacement and I was running around desperately trying to find someone who will do without several days' waiting list and at a reasonable price. I was lucky to find this place - all done on the spot at a very reasonable price, the guy was friendly and very supportive, explained my options and voila the work is done. From now this is now my 1st place to go for car related things!!! Thank you!!!
Ive always found Mark and his son at Udalls garage to be very helpful and reliable they serve the LGBT community well .
Having recently moved to the area I was keen to find a local garage and I couldn't have done better. These guys are great and so lovely to deal with. I've only done an MOT so far but even on that they didn't try to upsell. I look forward to interacting with them again, very confidence inspiring! Also, recommend to me by others. Mar 2024 Update: I've now used Mark for extensive servicing of a Honda and a Citroen and I really like working with these guys!
