Decided to risk it as easy booking system for next day MOT at a great price (£37 with £5 off voucher). Needn't have worried. The guys took the time to explain the advisories which we were already aware of so they were absolutely spot on and didn't make up work that didn't need doing. Completely honest, knowledgeable and friendly to boot. If we were local, we would 100% use this garage for other services.
Great place, I'm a customer for a while now, and it's always a pleasure. The staff is kind and ready to help all the time, literally. The waiting room is worm enough with drinking water available and toilets too. Who's going there for tyres, just remember to let your anti theaft bit on the passenger seat, and they will take care of your car👍
Needed a same day MOT, everywhere was booked out but managed to get a booking for later same day with these guys. Super friendly and efficient, everything done and car back within 45 minutes. Saw a few customers speak with different guys as I was waiting and they were very friendly and helpful with them also which was good to see as have seen previous garages be dismissive when speaking to customers and clearly after a sale before something else. Exact opposite of these guys. Thank you!
Because I drove in off the street at around 4.45 pm, i.e. without an appointment, with a concern as my tyre warning light had come on earlier in the day. I received polite, efficient and very prompt attention from the manager. I explained my problem, he checked my record on the system (as I've used TyrePros before) and within minutes whisked my car round to the ramps to check it out. The problem tyre was detected in no time, I was told it was irrepairable and offered a new one, which I accepted. It was soon fitted and all told, I was in and out in 30 minutes, problem solved! So I can't thank you enough and I cannot imagine how the service could get in any better. It's tip top!!
I was relieved you were able to fit me in on Saturday. As I only found out about the issue Friday and needed it sorted for work on Monday. Thankyou for your great services
