I was kept up to date with progress and the bill at the end I thought was reasonable. After getting stung by other garages in the past leading to a misstrust of garages generally Troy at Halton seem to be much better than the rest I've tried and I would definitely recommend them and would go back next time my car needs some work doing. Took my car in for a MOT and service… great service and very reasonable . Lovely helpful staff and was all done by lunch time …. Definitely would recommend . As I choose to use this garage for all my car work … I even got a text for 10.00 off my service ( great little touch ) thank you guys
My first visit won’t be my last. Very pleasant staff. Kept me updated on cost and time for repair. No hesitation in recommending them. They are excellent. Totally honest and trustworthy and they do a great job. Same impression from my visit today. On a personal note everyone in reception patient with my deafness. Highly recommended. Just used them again and in 60 years of driving this is easily the best garage I have used. They just keep giving wonderful service as they did again today. This kind of care is very reassuring for an old motorist like me
Took my Nissan here after having it at 2 other garages about a knocking noise. I’d been told by them it was fine and nothing was wrong, explain this to the chap at Troy and turns out the suspension arms I’d had fitted a few months prior weren’t tightened properly. My cars now drives perfect, no odd knocking or anything. THANK YOU SO MUCH TO ALL THE TEAM!!! ☺️
