Our most recent experience was in relation to the brakes on our son’s car, Ian carried out the work to his usual high standard and at a very fair price. Ian is highly skilled, very knowledgeable and so friendly. What more can you ask for?Despite not owning a Mercedes, we as a family will not go anywhere else for our motoring needs. I have no hesitation in recommending TripoinT to anyone looking for a top level service provider.
Would highly recommend this garage. I called up for advice and Ian fitted me in at short notice for an evaluation and diagnostic. Ian and his wife were both helpful and polite, and Ian is clearly very knowledgable. Thank you very much
Ian is an absolute legend, an artist when it comes to car maintenance and a wonderful human being. He's an expert whom other mechanics call upon when they can't solve a mechanical problem. He even takes care of the finest details, for example changing screw covers on number plates! I can't recommend him highly enough. You won't be disappointed.
I echo all the other comments, Ian is a great bloke very knowledgeable and loads of experience - found the problem on my car within a couple of hrs and managed to sort it all out. Gave a full explanation of the issue and the steps taken to rectify. Would recommend to anyone with a problem with a Mercedes. A lot cheaper than main dealer prices as well.
Ian is a fantastic fella, hugely knowledgeable, great service at a great price and always kept in the loop throughout. I won't be going elsewhere.
