Lady on the phone was amazing and got me booked in at the end of the week even though they were really busy. Work carried out was done in good time and the cost for labour was reasonable. They were really helpful and kept me informed. Having spoken to colleagues at work they knew if the garage and also commented on how good they were and reliable. I will definitely be adding them to my list of trustworthy and reliable mechanics. Thank you again for the help and the repair.
I am able to confidently say that this is the best garage in Ipswich so far. They fixed a Volkswagen Transporter alternator in 3 hours which was in a difficult place to work with for 1/4 price of what VW quoted. This is why my current company already works with them. I can comfortably say that if any problem occurs, Triple-C will be my first address.

I brought my Skoda Octavia to CCC for a DPF regeneration issue after noticing the EML light was on. Wes booked me in promptly and arranged a loan car, allowing me to carry on with my day. As always, he did an outstanding job—perfectly and professionally. CCC consistently delivers excellent service. I had previously brought my Citroën C3 to them for repairs, and over a year later, it’s still running flawlessly. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I absolutely would!
I have used Triple C for both personal and business vehicles for approximately a year now and have always found them to be fair and honest with great customer service and fair prices. Highly recommend
