I called the garage to speak with someone asking some advice regarding a car I purchased. Nick went out of his way to help me supplied me with quotes to send to the place I purchased my car! Customer service like this is rare these days so thank you so much Nick . What a true gent you are
Outstanding service here. I was just round the corner when some lights on my dash came on. Panicking I called the nearest garage to me, which turned out to be here. The man on the phone told me to bring the car in, despite it being very close to closing time. I think it was about 10 to 5. He fixed all my issues for me, even one I hadn't mentioned. Topped up what needed topping up. Made sure it was all good and safe for me to go and then turned my car round for me so could head off home. I'm quite an anxious driver and absolutely atrocious at turning round in tight spots, so that was appreciated. Then, he wouldn't even take payment!. I've now found my new local garage! Thankyou so much for helping me.
Amazing service from Nick! We are a Ford dealership up in Scotland and one of our drivers had some battery issues close to Nick's garage. One phone call and 10 minutes later our driver was back on the road again thanks to Nick. Cannot thank him enough!
Fantastic service - managed to fit me in at very short notice after my work van had been vandalised. Very reasonably priced too. Thank you
