Also, I appreciate TIC's advice that the work wasn't really necessary (my enquiry was due to a main dealer's recommendation) - a nice sign of trustworthiness.
I turned up yesterday for Mot . Norbery was outside waiting and was very organised and professional from start to finish. Very happy with the customer service at TIC car specialist. I'd highly recommend this company for a quick and professional , I shall definitely be going back to that garage . Thank you for everything (Köszönöm) Norbery . See you soon.
Took my Alfa Romeo Giulietta to the guys at TIC Garage with an undiagnosed engine fault. They immediately found the issue and were super transparent about costs/times involved. After the work was finished they gave me a years warrantee on the parts installed and also fixed a recurring electrical issue, that caused the engine light to come back on, for no extra charge. Definitely recommend and will be going to them again in the future.
TIC Garage went to great levels to make sure my car was fixed and back to normal for a really reasonable rate, yes they may be busy but there's a good reason for that!
Had my car taken here good price and they always get the job done would recommend to anyone.
