Today, I visited the works with my R56s, feeling a bit anxious about the recent problems I've been experiencing. I turned to Google for answers and was fortunate to find my way here. I met Rich, who turned out to be such a kind and honest person. He took the time to explain the issues with my R56s and shared his plan for how we can address them in the near future. For now, he suggested that I drive my car a bit more and keep an eye on whether the problem resurfaces. I truly appreciate his guidance and support during this stressful time.
Found the works garage on social media had been looking for a garage to look after my beloved Mini Cooper for a while now. Richard was great gave me advice on my Mini and I booked in for a service and vehicle check..couldn't fault these guys they are the go to guys for all your Mini and Bmw services and issues . Would highly recommend. See you on the next service. :)
The guys at 'The Works' carried out a check on my 3 Series when I bought it and subsequently serviced the car when work was required. They have always been friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. While they identified the jobs needed, they also declined to carry out work recommended by a previous BMW 'specialist' as they felt it was not necessary. Highly recommended.
Our poor mini was quite poorly lots of things had broken at once, but the guys here have sorted it out, using lots of patience I imagine! Would definitely recommend this business to fix your mini or bmw
