I have never been met with so much honesty and integrity. I will be using them for all future work on my car & recommending family and friends too.
Had issues with the car starting and was working away from home so needed to find a garage close to me and that could fit me in that day (not easy to find a decent one that short notice when you do not know the area). Spoke to Andy on the phone I took the car into the garage in the morning and it was ready for me before my shift finished at work. Andy diagnosed the issue and showed me videos/pictures of exactly what the problem was when I came to pick it up. Legend :)
I moved to Tamworth almost 2 years ago and have taken my car for an MOT and service here twice. The Mechanic is friendly and down to earth and charges reasonable prices too. Very efficient and I've had no issues so far so I will definitely be using The Service Centre long term. Bonus - there are two very cute Chihuahuas who greet you in the office :D
Great garage, great mechanic that does a brilliant job and doesnt over charge. I will always use this garage...... .......UPDATE....went to this garage again today (26.6.23) as i thought i had a problem with my car, Andy gave fantastic service and an honest diagnosis, i have been using this garage for over 8 years as i have never met such an honest mechanic, best mechanic for miles around, i think most of the reviews back mine up, Thanks Andy.😀
How pleasantly relieved we are to still experience good old fashioned customer service from someone who’s knows what’s he’s talking about and gives honest advice, and true to his word.
