Excellent customer service and absolutely no problems with their work, I've used them for my last 2 MOT's and any other work that needs doing after a friend recommended them. They are completely honest with very fair prices. Highly recommended.
Full service, new wheel bearing, gearbox oil, new wing mirror, new rear wiper assembly. Following some unsatisfactory maintenance experiences on both mine and my wife's cars recently, from a garage that we have used for a few years now. I was advised by a close friend to try The Savoy Garage in Bridgeman St Walsall. Well quite simply Keith and Nathan were brilliant. I can't recommend them highly enough for the work carried out on my wife's Rover 214 and they are so much better than any of the garages I've used previously. Great value, top expertise, you also get to speak with the person who did the work, I was given great advice on what needed to be done and what could be left until the next time. Communication is brilliant, I was always kept updated on the progress of the service. They are very competitive in terms of costs and well worth the 12 mile round trip from my home. Have had issues with a recenty bought car and Simon at Savoy has been brilliant. Booked me in as quickly as possible, listened to all of my concerns and then talked through all the findings in Lehman's terms without being condescending. Will now be using Savoy for all future works. Thank you!
