My Nissan suffered significant engine damage due to overheating, and they were incredibly honest and transparent throughout the entire process. Marco took the time to explain all the available options and went above and beyond to source the necessary parts to fix the car. The pricing was very fair, and they were always upfront about any issues that came up during the repair, quickly resolving them. I highly recommend this garage, especially for more complex problems. The guys are excellent at diagnosing and fixing issues, and their friendly, professional service made the whole experience a lot easier!
We never thought at all that we can find a best & trusted garage until we met MARCU & KEVIIN a person behind why our car was up & running & back in good condition 🚗-THE OLD GROWLERS GARAGE - highly recommended . Reasonable price & they will help you in any ways to at ease your worries to your car…very honest & well explained all your queries & very considerate if you caught in a bad situation of your bills.(money transfer issue)Thank you guys till we meet again in our next MOT.
I've been down and spoken to Marco and Kevin a couple of times for what has transpired to be simple fixes on my BMW. But they are super helpful and friendly. Very approachable guys who clearly have the knowledge and customer service we look for. Will always use them. Thanks guys and keep it up.
From the minute I called Kevin I felt completely at ease I had found the right garage. After needing some landrover engine work doing many garages had turned me away. Kevin and marcos communication from day one was so reassuring and honest. Pricing was fully explained and very fair. I was kept updated through the whole process and totally assured from drop off to collection of my vehicle. Highly recommend this garage! Will definitely be back and I am so grateful to finally have found a trusted garage to look after my car. Thankyou guys! A much appreciated new customer
Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Kevin and Marco for the amazing job they did on my car which involved a engine re-build. The repair was done to an very high standard. I was kept updated during the whole repair process from start to finish. No job is too big for Marco and Kevin and they are willing to take on any repair jobs required matter how small or big. The pricing was very fair and the level of service is by far the best I have received in my whole time of driving. I will be using The Old Growlers for any future work and will highly recommend.
