From the moment we walked in to the moment we collected our vehicle, we were looked after like we were their only customers. The two ladies on the front desk were just lovely and made us feel extremely welcome. We were kept up to date throughout the day as to how things were going with our service and MOT and any work needed was carried out swiftly! When we went back early afternoon to collect our car, we were greeted by the same friendliness that we had been greeted with in the morning. There was also an added bonus of meeting the resident puppy! We’ve always had bad experiences with garages in the past but had this company recommended to us by our two sons. I think we’ve now found our ‘forever’ car mechanics! Professional, friendly and efficient at everything they do! Thank you TMC!
Great garage, very friendly and helpful staff. Nothing seems to be too big or small of a job for them, prices are always reasonable and they even ran diagnostic’s on my partners car free of a charge, again amazing team only garage I use. Highly recommend
Only used The Motor Company twice but what an amazing service. Very accommodating to booking dates. Everyone so friendly and smiley it makes such a change. Highly recommended.
Very easy to deal with. I called and made an appointment, dropped off the car and the key, they called me when it was ready. I picked up the car and paid. Every member of staff I dealt with was professional, polite and a credit to the company. Well done all.
Amazing service as usual. I wanted quite a bit of work done, cam belt, full service, new wiper blades all round and an issue with the brakes sorting. All done without an issue. They keep you updated every step of the way and charge realistic prices. Cannot rate them highly enough. Wouldn’t ever use anywhere else. Plus the fact they are RAC approved it makes it a no brainer when needing your car repaired, you won’t get better
