I have a strong belief that they are a reliable choice. I frequently rely on their services for various needs. My most recent experience involved identifying a drain on the car battery, which felt like searching for a needle in a haystack. I reached out to several garages in High Wycombe and Maidenhead, but unfortunately, none of them bothered to respond to my inquiry. In contrast, these professionals not only accepted the challenge, acknowledging its difficulty, but they also didn't view it as an opportunity to overcharge me. I'm extremely satisfied with the results, and they have consistently delivered on their promises. In my opinion, you would have a hard time finding a better alternative.
Excellent quality of work at a (relatively) good price. Initially deducted a star because communication not great - eg on line response time 2 days when trying to book car in. Added July 2023: no problems with more recent bookings.
We used Lloyd & team to service our Audi A4. They collected the car and returned on time and provided honest view on what did and didn't need doing and urgency of it. We were charged far less and I felt they are more trustworthy than going to the Audi garage where 'everything' is urgent. The price was extremely competitive. they explained everything very clearly to me (I have limited knowledge on cars!) We will be using on-going.
