Well, what can I say about this man. What a true gentleman, he was just amazing, from the very first day I pulled into his yard to inquire about some repair works needed, I got a real sense of warmth and honesty from him. Lou stopped what he was doing to take a look and explain what and how he would need to do to fix my car, and I booked it in straight away. Lou was very informative about the repair and even went out of his way to take my car and get it MOT’d before the weekend. I will be using Lou again for all my car maintenance works.
