Outstanding garage , will help you with anything and will always when they can go that extra mile for the customer, I couldn't fault this garage at all, outstanding garage , brilliant staff aswell , 5*****
Took my car here as the emissions warning light was on. I'd already had a diagnostic saying that the 02 sensor was faulty. TCS confirmed this but said the exhaust did need replacing as well. I booked it in for the work and a service. The exhaust was done at a reasonable price, but they didn't change the sensor and the light came on again on the way home. I took it back for a third diagnostic which confirmed what we already knew. One month later, I'm still waiting for them to contact me with a price. Obviously this would entail more labour costs and a loss of earnings for me so it's not practical. I don't understand why it wasn't done when I took the car the first time. The service was very basic, they checked the tyre air pressure, changed the oil and oil and fuel filters. The brakes, battery and lights were not checked at all. The staff, including Tom, were pleasant and friendly, but don't expect them to phone you back ever. It just doesn't happen.
This company is amazing. Tom explains everything and is very knowledgeable. Nothing is too much trouble. I can’t recommend this company enough.
Honest and reliable as they come. I went to Hyundai who tried ripping me off. Tom told me exactly what was required with advisories too that was still a lot less than Hyundai tried saying was wrong. Have used them ever since and always excellent service.
