I took it to TBL Autos due to all the good reviews and decided to give them a go, as I wasn't impressed from the last garage I used. Ryan was very helpful, keeping me up to date with the issues and sending pictures along the way, the results are second to none! It's really refreshing having a local garage that you can trust, plus very fair pricing. 100% recommend and definitely will be using them again in the future, Thank you Ryan and the team.
Honest, genuine garage. Needed an MOT quickly and they were able to sort it for me. There was clear communication from the start, I understood what was needed on the car to pass the MOT. They really went above and beyond and I am very happy with the service I received. They're knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend this garage and will be coming back again for work in the future. Thank you.
Excellent friendly mechanic. Excellent fast service, car collected early this morning for replacement of brake pad and discs , also 2 tyres, and delivered back at lunchtime. Will definitely use again and recommend to friends and family Thank you.
These guys really deserve all the recognition they’re getting. Well educated, down to earth gentleman with no sleazy sales or marketing. Kept me updated with everything, explained exactly what was wrong with my car, and even sent me photos. They went out of their way to get me the cheapest deal possible and I got all my repairs for 75% cheaper than the main BMW dealership. Congratulations on your business guys, you got a new regular 👍
My car has failed the MOT and Mercedes was trying to charge me around -2k in repairs to sort out a headlamp. Best believe I tried to find another garage who would charge me, hopefully reasonably, and while I search in google, I come across this garage that's got a full 5 star rating, thinking to myself "how good can they be!". Anyways, contacted them and got my car in, very friendly guys, my car has had problems since I bought it (bad buy) and I told them this so not only that they fixed the headlamp perfectly (turns out the car was involved in an accident and someone had tried to "fix" it very sloppily), they've also done a check on the rest which gave me a bit of confidence on the car. Also kept constant communication with me which was great!!! Will definitely use again!
