Right from the start, the way that the lady who answered the phone was so helpful, through to the service itself, the feedback that I was given and the very sensible price for the completed job I was very pleased. It is so much nicer than my Main dealer experience in the past who don't seem to care so much.
Excellent advice and high quality service. We have used Tavistock Motors for years and are always impressed. Recently, Carl talked us through all the options we had when making a decision about the repairs needed. As always, he was very honest and helpful and we were quoted a very fair price. Extremely pleased with the work completed. Highly recommended!
Used Tavistock Motors for my service and MOT for second year running and cannot fault the service received. Sharon was so helpful and friendly and kept me up to date throughout the day. Had a little problem with the heater fan that they also managed to fix for me on the day. Would definitely recommend.
Very very happy! Droped my van off to these guys in the morning with a big water leak, I wouldn't have been able to drive it home and I would have been stuck. Very good customer service, very friendly, completed the work within a few hours so I picked it up and drive home the same day. Would have been run real trouble if they hadn't have helped me out. Drove away not feeling ripped off, very competitive price for the amount of work they needed to do. Would recommend these guys hands down for any work, I'll be returning for sure. Thanks for your help!
