From the first point of contact, namely Jack C on reception, who was smart, polite, courteous and professional, through to the workshop team who carried out the work. I was kept informed throughout the week by Jack and am very pleased to share that my car was fully repaired, exactly when I was told is should be, and was given back to me in showroom condition. Excellent service. Delay at the start but this could have been my insurance company. Really nice people to deal with, great little courtesy car for 2 weeks. Car returned promptly. Really highly recommend this lovely independent but big garage. Thank you so much.
