There has been numerous occasions where they have diagnosed and fixed my car’s issues all within the same day. The owner, Jason, and the rest of the team are always really friendly and extremely helpful, willingly going out of their way to check any noises or potential problems for me. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a garage they can trust in or around Letchworth!
Absolutely amazing service. Staff are always so kind and willing to help no matter what the situation. Grateful to have a garage I can trust, thank you for all of the help you have done with my car over the years. Incredibly caring, always wanting to help. Have also gone above and beyond with helping my Dad (Peter) with his car too. Thank you.
I had my Audi TT fully serviced. Jason kindly offered to collect the car on the day and was ready in good time to collect. All the work was gone through with me on arrival to ensure I was happy with everything that was done. Will be returning for future repairs and maintenance on my car.
Took out Fiat Ducato campervan in for it's MOT and a minor service, dropped off early, picked up late afternoon, very friendly team and very reasonable prices, can't fault anything about them, would highly recommend.
Exceptional customer service and got right down to business quickly , the whole team was very accommodating and helped me get back on the road at a reasonable price!😄
