Two weeks earlier I had an issue with my headlight washer jets not working went several places advised replace pump etc etc .. then someone recommended go here , so waited a week and these guys fixed the problem was an issue with coding. So today went again as I've had issues with central locking already changed the mechanism. Yet again they fixed my problem issue with wiring. I will highly recommend this place very honest and reasonable with pricing. Absolutely grateful!
Very pleased with the service at T H Flory. I initially went because some of my car lights went out while driving in morning rush hour traffic. I turned up without an appointment as it was my brake lights and was concerning. They fixed it within the day - awesome service without an appointment, especially as they seem busy. My engine light also kept intermittently coming on too so I booked an appointment for that the next week, but it went off by the time my appointment came around so they couldn't check it but said to just call in the next time it came on. It came on again a couple of days later and I dropped it off and again, the fault was fixed within a day. Both times the customer service was great. Emily was the person I mainly dealt with on the desk and she was lovely and knowledgeable. The man working there was also pleasant and knew what he was talking about. I've since recommended them to EVERYONE and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I'm now much more confident driving my car with all the faults fixed.
I thought I had a problem with my car air-conditioning. Followed the recommendation of two garages to go to Car Climate, I booked in for a diagnosis check. I was quoted £40.00 and Happy to pay. On the day of the checks I left the car for the required 1 hr. Contacted to say all was well and working correctly. What is more there was no charge as everything was working ok and did not require any remedial work. I happy for Car Climate and TH Flory to carry out any work future work on my car. Would highly recommend this company. 5 Stars
First class customer service. Smooth process, easy booking, excellent communication and friendly and helpful staff. Diagnosed fault on my car and very very informative. Excellent value. Would highly recommend.
A big thank you to T H Flory for repairing our VW. Two garages had tried and failed to find the problem and repair the faulty airbag wiring. The second garage recommended we tried Flory’s. We were very impressed with the service we received. Friendly, reasonably priced and excellent customer service. Highly recommended.
