From making the call to driving away after diagnosis and a new battery fitted and a cup of coffee was less than 2 hours Thank you very much to Danny, Esta and Trevor absolutely 1st class customer service. Had a a/c problem with my merc that my local garage didn't seem interested in and I didn't want to take out a mortgage to have it repaired at the main dealers. So, TEC Auto had been recommended to me some time ago and I put my trust in them. Good move! Lovely people, reasonably priced, good communication, respect your vehicle. Couldn't ask for more so I let them do the A service which was due.
