Amazing garage, amazing customer service, professional team working with heart, charge was decent. I bought my first car Honda Jazz and had some clicking noise. Now it's driving smooth and perfect after they solve the issue professionally. I strongly recommend this garage! All the best to the team SWB!
I visited SWB Motors after being recommended by my previous mechanic as I had an issue with my DPF. Del was very profesional and the customer service was always on hand every time I called. While the issue wasn't immediately resolved it, was the aftercare and service to resolve the initial fix that makes SWB a mechanic you can trust to uphold their proffesional integrity. I had no issues with the car after it was fixed and would reccommend using SWB.
I'm a new customer - Customer care doesn't get any better than this: the person I spoke to on the phone knew his stuff and went out of his way to ensure everything went perfectly. SWB mechanics are highly experienced and ensured that all servicing and a repair went perfectly. I really couldn't fault them. I have no hesitation in commending SWB to other car owners looking for good service and repairs at a fair price.
