I've been here a few times over the last couple of months with a problem vehicle and each time they have been fantastic, doing honest, good quality work. No BS or upselling which is massively appreciated. They will be my only garage moving forward.
My daughter used this garage in the summer and they were great, they didn’t try and rip ladies off. I recommended my dad who had a mot and service and was very impressed. The garage is very clean and tidy, the staff are very polite and helpful. I will definitely be back and highly recommend.
This is the first time I have been to this garage and I had an MOT and service carried out. I always worry that a garage will try and add extra work to an MOT by causing concern with old drivers like me, advising that things are necessary when they may be just advisory. None of that here. I felt they did a great job and were honest and helpful when mentioning the advisories on the MOT. I will be recommending using this garage to my family as a trustworthy and thorough place to go for their servicing etc. Thank you and we will see you again.
I have used these guys for 4 years now and have always received excellent service and useful advice about future work needed. Any work has been fully explained in layman's terms, without being condescending (I've had bad experiences in the past going to garages as a woman and being talked over / spoken to like an idiot, which these guys don't do at all!). They also collect and drop off my car, which is very useful as I've just had a baby. Definite 5 star service!
Great customer service by Stourbridge MOT centre. Arranged the free collection and delivery. Had a last minute change in plans so were accommodating in collecting car whilst we were out and accepting cash payment. No hesitation in recommending them to you.
