Steve informed me that I was too early to retain the current mot date however when I explained I am selling my car he booked me in. He texted me throughout the day to explain any repair that was needed and asked before going ahead. Was completed by early afternoon. Would definitely recommend
I booked with TWA on a recommendation my mechanic and found everything to be very professional. The website gave a great first impression and when making an enquiry the was response was quick giving availability options for the following week. Contact was great and the staff were friendly helpful and professional. Definitely recommend!
I recently visited Steve's Auto Services in Newport on the recommendation of my neighbor, whose brother is a mechanic. He praised Steve as an honest and trustworthy professional, and my experience certainly confirmed that. As a woman, I've sometimes felt that garages can take advantage of my lack of car knowledge. In fact, before visiting Steve, I received a quote for a timing belt change from another garage that was double what Steve quoted me. It was clear to me that the other garage was trying to scam me, even going so far as to call me multiple times to offer a payment plan! That's why I was so relieved and pleased with the service at Steve's Auto Services. Steve provided me with a fair and transparent quote. When I visited his garage, I was armed with information about the duration of the job, the cost of parts, and when I inquired about his hourly rate, everything added up perfectly. There were no hidden charges or inflated prices. I've already started recommending Steve to my friends, although I joke that this might backfire on me if he becomes too busy for my car! But a good mechanic is a rare find, and Steve deserves all the praise. I'll definitely be returning to his garage - only because my car is old, not because of any shortcomings in his service. It's refreshing to find a mechanic who does such a great job and treats customers with fairness and respect.
Asked for a full brake job front and back discs and pads on an Infiniti car. Priced well and was done promptly. There was also an issue with one of the brake lines and Steve advised and rectified the issue at the same time. All done perfectly and had the car back the same day. I recommend his garage and services.
I run a small Plumbing and heating buiness so crucial my van is on the road, any issues I've had Steve has sorted.. 10/10 Steve is the best out there, Straight talking, honest, fair prices, 100% highly recommended...
