Recent experiences with Jaguar Cambridge (my wife's iPace) have been consistently and truly awful so I (Jaguar XKR) decided to try out Stevenage Prestige . Talk about "chalk and cheese". Car booked in for service plus rear brake pads and discs. Called me to confirm status of car (including some problems with supercharger belt/pulley and a diagnostic malfunction. Confirmed price of additional work, parts then obtained "within hours". Picked up car - Luke took me through the invoice, showed me faulty supercharger pulley so I had a clear understanding of work carried out. These guys are really knowledgeable and know what service is...something Jaguar Cambridge could learn from.
Absolutely first class service from these guys. They really know their Jaguars. Having seen all the positive reviews, I entrusted Luke and Damien with my Jaguar XKR for a transmission service and to investigate a brake issue. They did a fantastic job, sorted everything with expert knowledge, communication and all for a very fair price. They are my 'go to' service centre and I will be returning. Would recommend Stevenage Prestige without hesitation.
Been to Stevenage prestige a couple of times now for work on my Jaguar XF and the standard of work is very high. They're also very honest which is rare today, for example my XF was having new brake pads front and rear and Luke called me to say the front pads are hardly worn and don't need changing. Most garages would have just charged you for them and not said anything but Stevenage prestige won't bill you for work that doesn't need doing. Excellent garage and would definitely recommend 5 stars from me I look forward to them servicing my car again
