I took my daughter's car in to get a fault with the ABS braking system diagnosed and repaired. They were completely snowed under with work until next week but managed to squeeze in a quick diagnostic test which identified the fault. Didn't cost much. They then offered to take a look at the fault that same day which was pretty amazing. They then made a temporary repair and estimated a complete repair would take possibly 3 hours which meant coming back next week. There was no charge for the work done that afternoon which is pretty amazing. Wonderful service from a great business with a really helpful, can-do attitude. Can't recommend them highly enough!
Absolutely outstanding customer service, efficient and knowledgeable staff and to cap it off friendly as well. A place that genuinely is focused on customers needs and still run as a family business. Thank you very much to Paul and the team. The only downside is I will be recommending you to others, so your workload might increase even more... sorry 😄
