However every single person I spoke to from Stepney Brothers were so accommodating and helpful. I drop the car off at 0730 and it was done by the afternoon. Despite closing at 1700, I was stuck with my own customer at my workplace and therefore could not reach the garage till 1715 but the gentleman that was there was kind enough to let me take my car. He happily explain all the recommendations and was incredibly friendly. I felt really welcomed which is brilliant compared to Kwikfit where I went to the day before where they didn't even acknowledge me for 10 minutes. I would definitely return here and will be doing so in the near future. Thank you all for your hard work on my car.
Mark and the team did a great job on the fabrication for the rear of my tipper truck. The vehicle in questions is a work truck I had assumed it would be a fairly utilitarian finish to the work, but was very pleasantly suprised; the work was neatly executed with great attention to detail. Very professional. Recommended.
Mark and his team have done a great job with my Jazz on numerous occasions. Communication is good, honest and affordable. Now I have a new pride and joy but as soon as the warantee is up Stepney Bros will be my first port of call for any repairs or services
We take our School minibuses there now for MOT`s and any work that needs doing. They are very professional and the best thing about them is they are honest!. They are completely competent and know their stuff. Very happy and I do recommend them.
Fantastic service! Knowledgeable and friendly staff, ever helpful and always going the extra mile for clients. Nice to know with Stepneys, the customer still comes first. Have looked after us for many years. Much appreciated.
