The company name may have changed many times over the years, but the same cheerful and professional team still give the best service you could wish for. Peter Ward has guided us through most of our car purchases in that time. Whether advising and supporting us through the complex demands of Motability vehicles to sorting out a reliable second hand car during the pandemic to this year helping us drive home in our own spanking new car big enough to travel with two pets, a wheelchair and loads of luggage, Peter has patience and good natured suggestions without being pushy. And we know that whenever we have needed help and advice, throughout the life of the car, he and his colleagues have always been there for us.

Collected the car in perfect condition. Couldn’t have been happier with my experience and ultimately my purchase. What a wonderful company. From start to finish the process of buying a new car has been so calm, considered and supportive. Christie was brilliant and spent lots of time helping me to get the right car for my needs. Dimitris sorted an amazing deal on the car including tax and car mats and a lovely Black Friday free service plan. Eni was fabulous with the exchange Can’t recommend them enough
I have had my Citreon EC4 since October. The Sales process conducted by Peter Ward was first class and focused on the cutsomer requirements and allowed me time to consider the pro's & cons. My budget was clear and Peter ensured we met all those requirements. Although my car was scheduled to arrive on the 1st Oct due to logistical issues outside of Peter's control there was a delay , however Peter ensured I had a temporary car and managed the process impecably. The Car itself has been excellent and lives up to its reputation. I would certainly recommend the car for anyone. All in All the Citreon Purchase process has been first class at Hatfied and Peter Ward has made that simple and easy
