I would highly recommend steer Wokingham very professional from reception staff to collection and delivery driver keep it up guys! Very happy customer as I got the car a day earlier than estimated!
Fantastic service. Very quick in taking my car in for repair and loaning me a courtesy car. Fast turn around time in getting my car repaired and back to me. The staff I have dealt with have been very friendly, helpful and courteous. Highly recommend Steer. Thank you!
Top class service received. Only delay to the job was the parts which is currently a global issue so no fault there. Quality of work and attention to detail was exceptional and the estimator was very knowledgeable about my vehicle despite its uncommon nature. Annette in the office was outstanding all the way along balancing professionalism with humour whilst getting the car back to me which eased the wait. Thank you to everyone involved in the job!
The repair looks great but that is taken as read. However Annette coordinated everything , she , the driver who delivered the car back and the person in the office who I spoke to were outstanding - friendly, polite, making sure everything was all right and incredibly helpful. Left me with a great feeling. I am sure occasionally things go wrong and when they do from both a customer and STEER perspective you would want people like Annette and her team on the case. Thank you, I only wish the remainder of the insurance process was so positive!!!
Steer Wokingham have been fantastic in my repair for my vehicle. They came to collect my car/provide me with a hire car when they said they would, the car was then fixed within 1 week and delivered back to me earlier than previously said. Annette was fantastic to deal with and talk to. There was a small issue with my bonnet when the delivery was made, but the team are already with me at my home dealing with it as we speak! Would highly recommend Steer Wokingham!
