What felt like hand in hand to get you through the whole process and I can't fault anything my car was dueley pick up and all work was completed with in the set time I was contacted to come and pick up the car and I also was able to drop of enterprise rental car which saved me the time having to returning the rental car back to the branch. Overall first class team @Sheer
My girlfriend came in whilst I was away for work to get a few bits sorted from our insurance claim on a rear end knock which had started to cause us concerns. Obviously I kept tabs and wanted to make sure we had a proper job as it was our first time with Steer and I can confirm they really did a proper job for us! She emphasised how excellent the receptionist (her name began with a A I’m sure, I think 🙈) was, her reassurance without my presence would have been noticeable for a lady who knows little to none about cars ha ha and also how sufficient the work was. Once again thank you to Steer and to the receptionist who kept the ball rolling with her professionalism and clear knowledge and great work.
Steers we're absolutely brilliant, my car looks like new and repairs were done within a week. Great communication throughout, kept me up to date regularly on how repairs were going. Angie deserves a speacial mention, she was most courteous and so pleasant. I cannot fault this company.
My first time going through an insurance claim, was assigned to the Steer garage. They did an excellent job, quick turnover, and also valeted my car was impressed.
