My car looks as good as new I’m very pleased with the work carried out. I was also offered for my car to be delivered to me which is a great option to have available. The lady at reception Jo has great customer service skills and overall I am very happy with the repair and customer service from Apollo motor group aswell as how quickly they had done the repairs.
The service I received from the Apollo Motor Group at Sittingbourne was excellent, from when the car was picked up to when it was returned. The staff and delivery driver were courteous, friendly and helpful, updating me on the progress of the repair and return of the vehicle. The car was returned cleaned and in perfect condition. Thank you all so very much. Would definitely recommend this company
Good communication with the ladies on the reception desk. Repairs carried out very quickly. Retuned my car not only cleaned and valetted but also charged up. Even collected the car and dropped it back to me. In an age of poor customer service, these guys are 5 star.
Well we have just received excellent service from Steer in Sittingbourne… Jo & Helen are extremely efficient and friendly…the body repairs to my Mazda are outstanding,they have certainly gone that extra mile!!! Would I recommend this company YES I WOULD!!!! 👏
