The service i received was great. From booking for repairs to collection and delivery of couresy car to return of my vehicle. The works carried out were to a high standard. Chris who came to collect my car was polite and informative. Mark who delivered my car explained everything and was also polite. Thank you all so much
The service was efficient from delivery of temporary car and taking mine away. Staff were great who delivered the car. I had a slight issue with the bumper upon return. This wasn’t the repair shop fault as they were directed from insurance company. The service of getting it sorted when I wasn’t happy was amazing. Great communication and accommodating to when I could bring my car in for an hour to refit a bumper. Office staff extremely helpful and other staff I dealt with. Couldn’t have asked for more…good old fashion customer service. Highly recommended.
Work done for small accident repair through insurance. Precise work with finishing. Excellent customer service. Car was given a week before Christmas and managed to get it back before Christmas. Vehicle delivered on time. Very professional. Excellent customer service.
I recently had my car collected and returned to me after a crash. Alan who done the collections and delivery was marvelous. He was friendly and very professional. The whole experience with Steer Group East was excellent. A company is only as good as the staff they send to do the work, as that is the first point of call. They also followed up with courtesy calls to ensure that you are happy with the work. I would highly recommend this company,. Thank you Alan.
