Amazing service from start to finish. We had to bring our car for repair and the service was impeccable. We were informed at each stage of repair by text. Always available on phone and were very helpful. Great receptionist! Highly recommend!
Excellent service from everyone at Steer from the office staff to the engineers. My car was repaired and delivered back to me within 4 days when I was expecting it to take a fortnight. My car looks as good as new, not only on the outside but the inside too. Such polite, friendly and welcoming as staff, would 100% recommend.
Couldn’t speak more highly of the team at Steer Chatham. Very friendly and welcoming team in reception and from the lads on site. I received regular updates on the stages of repair on my car and the work was completed before the estimated date. Had a lovely courtesy car to drive while my car was in for repairs too. As for the work done on my car it looks as good as new. Could not be happier and would highly recommend to anyone
I was so impressed by Steer Prestige in Chatham, what a lovely bunch of people! My car was booked in very quickly with a lovely courtesy car provided. The work was done really quickly and to a very high standard, it looked brand new again. The staff were super friendly and helpful and the communication was great. I have already recommended this garage to 3 of my friends.
