After having an accident my car needed repairs. Excellent customer service with regular updates via phone or message. Very reassuring and could have done more. Amazing team and couldn’t praise them enough.
The staff were very professional, polite and helpful. We were kept well informed of the progress/repair to our car. Our car was returned having been cleaned before delivery. Highly recommend Steer
Done a stunning job with my car and staff are very friendly. Only thing I can say to improve with my experience is to update me more often. I was told I would be updated every Wednesday and Friday and I only got one update call in the 2 weeks. Was told I would get a call on Friday to arrange collection, never received the call and got called on Monday to say they would drop my car off that day. I was away so I couldn’t plan properly
