Some places would have replaced anyway and charged but St Johns didn't. Fantastic service and honest people. Also a lot cheaper then going in for Toyota service! thankyou will return.
Friendly and helpful staff. Kept me up to speed on issues and costs for MOT, service, necessary repair to pass MOT and tyres. Good job. I was warned they might have to go into another day, but they finished everything by 4:30, so I got the car, fully repaired, everything done, back in one day. In all the years I've used John's Garage, they have never pushed to do extra things and have always discussed with me repairs that were required and why.
First time visited. Garage was easy to find, but car parking on site can be limited depending on time of day / booking. Helpful mechanic on the reception desk, who confirm booking and car defects. During the day, I received a personal update on car’s progress and final call to confirm car was ready to collect. Great service all round. Will definitely recommend to friends and family and will use again.
Quality lads, quality work. Kept me up to date day by day and have a BMW style health check system, love how easy it was to use the portal n select what jobs I wanted carrying out. Cheers lads will use you guys again in the future.
I was very impressed with the service I received at this garage. Very welcoming, knowledgeable and customer focused. Barry took a lot of time exploring the issue with my car, keeping me updated along the way and not doing any unnecessary repairs. This will definitely be our garage of choice from now on!
