I bought a Jaguar XF from Speen Garage. Having seen a few, this was easily the best I had seen - low mileage and with a FSH. The buying experience was painless. There was absolutely no pressure from Dave, and I was left to look over the car in my own time. Having bought the car, I had just one problem in the following few weeks - the small battery (there are two) failed, and compromised the function of the larger one. A new one was supplied and fitted. I have been extremely impressed with the service I have received. The car was covered by an insurance backed warranty, but the garage took care of this problem themselves. A really excellent example of customer service. Highly recommended!
I had a full service a few months ago, can't be more happy. Such lovely customer service, which is rare these days. Even called me to say it wouldn't need new spark plugs as they were fine which reduced the cost, some garages would have just charged me for new ones when I wouldn't have been any the wiser. Really pleased and will stick with them, trust is a big thing when you are a single gal, especially when it comes to cars - I haven't a clue!
Have had a few problems with my car over the last few months and Speen Garage have been nothing but accommodating and professional to get everything sorted. First a puncture, then a failed coil, then a leak in the coolant. Each problem was dealt with swiftly and always with great customer service. Couldn’t recommend them enough.
I’ve been having my car MOTD’d and serviced here for the past couple of years. Excellent customer service, reliable, and professional, and above all they make my car feel like it is brand new when I drive it away (it’s done 247,000 miles ! )
