Working as a teacher, it is hard enough getting time to drop your car off for a service and MOT in the middle of the day, but thankfully this was in close proximity to LSF. Speedwell were very efficient and their speedy communication made the whole experience feel like they had my best interest; I would definitely recommend this family run business for your essential car needs.
An incredible customer experience throughout. Initially came in for a full service - which was evidently very thorough. Inspection of my car discovered some dangerous issues which they sorted for me by the next morning so I could make a pre-planned journey the next day. 100% would recommend their services and will be using them again in the future!!
Would highly recommend using this garage. I was kept informed about all the Mot failures and what options were available and for what price which was communicated by phone and also in a text message so I could clearly see the breakdown. Repairs done in a timely manner.
