One of the tream rang me after the MOT to let me know it had passed and what the techs had picked up on the service for me to look out for going forward. The car now stops on a dime and runs as smooth as new. Save yourself a small fortune and don't take it to BMW if it's out of warranty and support your local garage. Cheers guys!
We booked our motorhome into Spa Motors for a cam belt replacement. The company gave us a quote which we were very happy with so we booked the vehicle in for 3rd February. On the 2nd February we got an email confirming time and details of the work. We took the motorhome in at 8.30am as requested and were told it would be ready by 2pm latest. We received a call at 12.15pm to say it was ready. They used top quality parts and the vehicle was clean and cared for when we collected. They are extremely professional and I would highly recommend to other motorhome users and car owners in general. Thanks for your service Tom Reynolds.
I've been using this garage for the last few years for all 3 of our cars MOTs. Always get a friendly, professional and accommodating service off them. They even reshuffled and squeezed in an MOT last minute when I realised it was expired and needed to drive to France that day. Really got me out of a pinch... Highly recommend!
Positive experience after positive experience. Work I trust, but more than that, the talking bit (phone/in person) is never rushed - they'll hear you out, and explain in detail too. Much appriciated.
Fantastic service today. Beat all the quotes and managed to fix my car the next day. Was told by other garages it would be and a 2 job but only took a day here. Lovely staff that understood why I sold my kidney to pay for repairs.
