Without bringing gender into the equation, we all know it's different for women and a lot of garages. I do not feel like that with southdell, it's just simple, no hidden language to confuse me 😂. Id say the best part is the prices though! You've earned yourself a forever customer... Good luck 😊
It's always scary taking your car to a garage, but I can honestly say I dont feel like that with Southdell.I've been here a few times now and I'm extremely happy with everything each time. Such a lovely team,the guy in reception is always so polite. I will definitely be recommending my friends and family.
Top garage. Look no further. A great family run business. The lad was very polite and helpful with me. I've been to many garages and I will not use anyone else in future. They really are head and shoulders above the rest. Thanks again.
I don't normally leave reviews, however on this occassion, they are a business who is well worth a 5* review. I rang to ask if they could fit me in a short notice to change a dipped headlight bulb. Popped by at 4:30 and by twenty to 5, I was back on the road. Great customer service, polite and great value for money. I could not have asked for anything more and I am fussy customer. I did try both KwikFit and Halfords before contacting these guys and to say they were both useless, is somewhat of an understatement. Go local and choose Southdell Garages. They will be my first port of call in the future.
Fantastic family run garage. Have taken multiple family cars to this garage for various issues from repairs to MOTs. Always had excellent service. Prices are excellent and very transparent. They don't overcharge, very fair and honest people. My go to garage for definite.
